Curated Travel

The trip you have been
meaning to take.

Designed properly, handled entirely, and booked through relationships that change how you are received when you arrive.

How you are received

matters

Most trips at this level are assembled. A flight here, a hotel there, a tour booked from a page of reviews written by people you have never met.

A designed trip is a different thing. It has a shape. It knows which property faces the water and which one faces the road, which day to move and which day to stay, which room number is worth asking for by name.

That is the work. Not booking a trip. Building one.

Who this is for

Travelers who have done this before

You have the time to plan it yourself. You would rather not. You have seen the difference between a trip that was booked and a trip that was designed, and you are no longer interested in the first kind.

Often it is a journey worth marking: an anniversary that deserves more than a weekend, a place you have been circling for years, a gathering of the people you love somewhere none of you will forget.

You are not looking for options. You are looking for someone to say: here is where you should go, here is why, and here is what I can get you that you cannot get on your own.

The planning fee

Design and judgment

Where you go, in what order, which property, which room category, how many nights, and what happens in between. This is the part that cannot be searched for. It is the difference between a trip that works and a trip that almost works.

Preferred partner and Virtuoso access

Aisle to Islands books through Virtuoso and preferred partner relationships, which means the properties you stay in carry benefits that are not available booking direct or through a booking site. Typically that includes:

  • A room upgrade when one is available
  • Daily breakfast for two
  • A resort or spa credit
  • Early check-in or late check-out when the property can accommodate it
  • A welcome that tells the staff you are someone to look after

At the caliber of property where these journeys happen, those credits stack.

One person, from design to departure

The itinerary, the room block, the transfers, the excursions, the flight that gets cancelled at 6am. One number to call. Not a booking desk. Not a queue.

The planning fee
$1,500

Here is what sits behind that number.

The arithmetic

On a journey spanning multiple properties or several weeks, the upgrades and credits alone frequently offset a meaningful share of the fee before a single day has been designed. What is left buys the design, the access, and someone whose only job is that this trip is right.

How it works

The shape of the process

One

A conversation

Not a questionnaire. What you liked about the last trip, what you did not, what you are hoping this one is.

Two

A designed proposal

Not a list of options to choose between. A recommendation, with the reasoning behind it, and the room and the routing already thought through.

Three

Everything handled

Bookings, blocks, transfers, reservations, the details you would not think to ask about. All of it, under one roof.

Four

You go

And if something moves while you are there, you have one person to call who already knows every piece of your trip.

Gathering everyone

When the trip is for everyone

Some of the best journeys are not for two people.

A milestone birthday where the children and grandchildren all come. An anniversary that turns into a week with the whole family somewhere warm. A gathering that happens once, because getting everyone in one place at one time is its own kind of miracle.

This is familiar ground. Aisle to Islands runs destination weddings: room blocks, guest travel, excursions, multiple days, many people, one orchestrated experience. A family gathering is the same work, built around a different occasion.

If the trip you are imagining includes more than the two of you, that is not a complication. That is the whole point.

Everyone, in one place, at one time

From returning travelers

In their words

Jessica planned the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We went to Greece and it truly was a dream honeymoon and every part of the travel and experience was seamless! From our flights to transportation to hotel check in, it was beyond easy. Best of all she was able to find us beautiful places to stay…
