Meet Your Planner

Jessica Lueken

I'm a wife, mother, and the self-proclaimed funniest sibling in my family (just ask me, I'll tell you). When I'm not planning celebrations, chasing my children, or waving bye to my teens, you'll find me advocating for The Lord of the Rings over Game of Thrones, Pride & Prejudice over Bridgerton, and family game nights over anything else. I'm an avid reader without enough time to read, a history lover, and a movie aficionado who appreciates stories that stand the test of time - much like the celebrations I create.

My passion for the beautiful controlled chaos of events comes directly from watching my mom and her best friend create incredible birthday events on shoestring budgets when we were children. They taught me that extraordinary experiences aren't about how much you spend, but about how much heart you put into honoring the people you love. For over 12 years in the Hospitality & Events industry, I've carried that lesson into every celebration I touch - because the best parties aren't about impressing guests, they're about creating moments where genuine love, gratitude, and joy come together.

My Approach

I believe your celebration should feel like the best dinner party your family has ever attended - elevated, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on bringing people together to celebrate love and connection.

My approach is built on three foundations:

Transparency

You'll always know where your investment is going and why. I provide honest guidance based on quality and suitability - not what's trendy, performative, or status-seeking. Every recommendation I make is designed to ensure your experience reflects your values, not mine.

Discretion

Your celebration, your family dynamics, and your planning journey remain private. I understand that planning a meaningful wedding involves navigating family expectations, traditions, and sometimes complicated relationships. You can trust me to handle every detail with sensitivity and confidentiality.

Genuine Partnership

I'm not here to execute someone else's vision of what your wedding should be. I'm here to understand what matters most to you as a couple, help you honor your family's foundation, and create a celebration that launches you into your next chapter.

The Aisle to Islands Difference

The wedding industry can feel chaotic and overwhelming, especially when planning from a distance. I become your steady, reassuring presence throughout the process - creating a joyful experience where you can focus on celebrating your love story while I orchestrate every detail.

  • Unlike traditional wedding planners, I don't hand off travel logistics to someone else. I coordinate your complete destination experience - from ceremony design to guest room blocks, from vendor management to welcome events.
  • My service extends beyond securing your venue and coordinating travel - I design your celebration, curate your vendor team, and personally coordinate every moment of your wedding day.
  • The result? One trusted partner who understands your complete vision and ensures every element - from your first guest's arrival to your last farewell - works together seamlessly.

Working With Me

When you work with me, you can expect:

  • Honest counsel based on your priorities, not commission structures
  • Proactive communication that keeps you informed without overwhelming you
  • Dedicated attention from our first conversation to your last dance
  • Creative problem-solving when challenges arise (because they always do)
  • Attention to meaning alongside attention to aesthetics
  • Respect for your time through efficient planning processes
  • Celebration of your story - both the one you're writing together and the family foundation you stand on

I'm not here just to create Instagram moments or check boxes on a wedding checklist. I'm here to help you create a celebration that honors what matters most to you while bringing the people you love together.
